The work gathered here is that of a de-signer: a fusion of design (the making of things) and the action of signs (the work of meaning). Each project was made in pursuit of a quality that could not be specified in advance, only navigated toward through the making. It moves across registers, objects, spaces, methods, spoken thought, and written thought, not because it is scattered but because navigating a quality pulls a maker through whatever registers the situation requires. Transdisciplinary by design.
